About the program
The autumn concert celebrates the hunt: the sporting tradition and the pursuit of meaning in a season defined by impermanence.
Selections from Tchaikovsky's Seasons cycle include the exuberant "Hunt" and plaintive "Autumn's Song," neatly capturing the duality inherent in the season.
